1. Service Overview

The Service provides an online platform for users to access, view, stream, upload, and interact with live or pre-recorded youth and amateur sporting events, including but not limited to basketball, soccer, volleyball, and other sports.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By accessing the Site and using the Service, you affirm that: (a) you are of legal age to enter into these Terms, or if you are not, that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service and enter into these Terms; (b) you have not previously been suspended or removed from accessing or using the Service; (c) you are not a convicted sex offender; and (d) your registration and your use of the Service is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

The Service is intended for visitors located within the United States. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use outside of the United States. Access to the Service from countries or territories or by individuals where such access is illegal is prohibited.

IF YOU ARE AN INDIVIDUAL ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE ON BEHALF OF, OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF, ANY CORPORATION, PARTNERSHIP, ORGANIZATION, EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION, OR OTHER ENTITY WITH WHICH YOU ARE ASSOCIATED (AN "ORGANIZATION"), THEN YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AND SUCH ORGANIZATION, AND YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL AUTHORITY TO BIND SUCH ORGANIZATION TO THESE TERMS.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register for an account, you may be required to provide us with some information about yourself, such as your role (e.g., parent, grandparent, relative/friend, player/athlete, coach/scout, etc.), email address, and other contact or login information. You agree that the information you provide to us is accurate and that you will keep it accurate and up-to-date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure, then you must immediately notify us at support@rooamsports.network. You may not share an account or login credentials with any other individual.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service may require you to pay fees, including subscription fees for access to live broadcasts, replays, and premium content. Before you pay any fees, you will have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged. All fees are in U.S. Dollars.

4.1 Subscription Service & Auto-Renewal Terms

The Service may include automatically recurring payments for periodic charges ("Subscription Service"). By subscribing, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following auto-renewal terms:

• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (quarterly or annually, depending on the plan you select) at the then-current subscription rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Billing: You authorize Rooam Sports to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period. The renewal charge will be the same as your current subscription rate unless we notify you of a price change in advance.
• How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time by: (1) visiting your Account page on rooamsports.network and clicking "Cancel Plan"; or (2) emailing support@rooamsports.network with the subject line "Cancel Subscription."
• Effect of Cancellation: If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for any subsequent renewal period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.
• Free Trial: If your subscription includes a free trial period, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

IMPORTANT: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your subscription is subject to automatic renewal and recurring billing as described above, and you consent to such charges until you cancel.

4.2 Refunds

For Subscription Services, Rooam Sports does not issue refunds once a video included in the subscription has been viewed in part or in whole. For digital goods, including video recordings, live video, still images, audio recordings, and customized video products such as highlight reels and player clips, all purchases become final once access is granted, and no refunds will be issued.

4.3 Delinquent Accounts

Rooam Sports may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account for which any amount is due but unpaid.

5. Access and Use Rights

Subject to your complete and ongoing compliance with these Terms, Rooam Sports grants you, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, a right to access and use the Service during the Term. You may not: (a) reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform the Service; (b) make modifications to the Service; or (c) interfere with or circumvent any feature of the Service, including any security or access control mechanism.

6. Ownership; Proprietary Rights

The Service is owned and operated by Rooam Sports or its third-party licensors and suppliers. The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, software, text, broadcasts, streams, images, videos, audio recordings, music, audiovisual combinations, products, services, and all other elements of the Service (collectively, the "Materials") are protected by all relevant intellectual property and proprietary rights and applicable laws. All Materials are the property of Rooam Sports or our third-party licensors, and may only be accessed for your internal, personal, non-commercial use.

7. Personal Safety

USE OF THE SERVICE IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN SHARING PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION WITH OTHER USERS OR ARRANGING TO MEET OTHER USERS IN PERSON. ROOAM SPORTS DOES NOT PERFORM CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON ITS USERS NOR CAN IT VERIFY THE TRUTH OR ACCURACY OF USERS' PROFILES ON THE SERVICE.

8. User Content

8.1 User Content Generally

Certain features of the Service may permit users to upload, broadcast, post, or otherwise submit content, including data, information, messages, chat feed comments, photos, video, audiovisual combinations, video streams, images, text, audio, and any other types of works (collectively, "User Content"). Except as otherwise provided in these Terms, you retain copyright and any other proprietary rights that you may hold in the User Content that you post to the Service.

8.2 License Grant to Rooam Sports

By uploading, broadcasting, posting, publishing, submitting, or otherwise making available User Content, you hereby grant Rooam Sports a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully-paid-up, royalty-free, transferable, worldwide right and license (with the right to sublicense through multiple tiers of sublicensees) to host, store, stream, transfer, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, modify, prepare derivative works of, distribute, and otherwise use and exploit your User Content, in whole or in part, in any media formats and through any media channels (now known or hereafter developed) including for Rooam Sports' commercial purposes.

In connection with this license, you agree that Rooam Sports may use your name, voice, image, and likeness in any manner it wishes in any and all media, including in advertising and other promotional materials, throughout the world in perpetuity without any compensation paid to you. By creating an account, including as a parent or guardian of a player or as an organization, you agree that Rooam Sports may use (and license others to use) the names, voices, images, and likenesses of you, your child, and/or your organization's participants contained in any User Content.

8.3 User Content Representations and Warranties

By posting and publishing User Content, you affirm, represent, and warrant that: you are the creator and owner of, or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and to authorize Rooam Sports and users of the Service to use and distribute your User Content; your User Content does not infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party right; and your User Content was created with the express permission of the relevant sports league, conference, team, school, and/or venue.

8.4 User Content Disclaimer

We are under no obligation to edit or control User Content and will not be in any way responsible or liable for User Content. Rooam Sports may, at any time and without prior notice, screen, remove, edit, or block any User Content for any reason in our sole discretion.

9. Copyright Infringement Claims

We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. §512, as amended) ("DMCA"). If you believe in good faith that materials available on the Service infringe your copyright, you (or your agent) may send us a written notice requesting removal. BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE NOT TO:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law, rule, or regulation;
• Violate, or encourage others to violate, any right of a third party, including by infringing or misappropriating any third-party intellectual property rights;
• Post, upload, broadcast, publish, or distribute any User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, inaccurate, or that a reasonable person could deem to be objectionable, profane, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate;
• Falsify game scores or competition outcomes, or collude with others to do the same;
• Interfere with security-related features of the Service, including by disabling or circumventing features that prevent or limit use, downloading or copying of any Materials, or reverse engineering or otherwise attempting to discover the source code;
• Sell or otherwise transfer the access granted under these Terms;
• Share or otherwise transfer unique access credentials provided to you;
• Use the Service or any Materials in connection with any commercial purpose without express written consent;
• Perform any fraudulent activity including impersonating any person or entity, claiming false affiliation, accessing any other Service account without permission, or falsifying your age or date of birth.

11. Termination

If you violate any provision of these Terms, your authorization to access and use the Service, and these Terms, automatically terminate. In addition, Rooam Sports may, at its sole discretion, terminate these Terms or your account on the Service, or suspend or terminate your access to the Service, at any time for any reason or no reason, with or without notice.

Upon termination: (a) your access and use rights and any associated licenses will terminate; (b) you will no longer be authorized to access your account or the Service; (c) you must pay Rooam Sports any unpaid amounts that were due prior to termination.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rooam Sports and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents (the "Rooam Entities") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to, use of, or alleged use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; (c) your violation of any third-party right; (d) your User Content; or (e) any dispute between you and any third party.

13. Disclaimers; No Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL MATERIALS AND USER CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND ON AN "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE ROOAM ENTITIES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL THE ROOAM ENTITIES BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE OR ANY MATERIALS OR USER CONTENT ON THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT THE ROOAM ENTITIES HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE ROOAM ENTITIES TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR ANY INABILITY TO USE ANY PORTION OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO ROOAM SPORTS FOR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) $100.

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING SECTION CAREFULLY BECAUSE IT REQUIRES YOU TO ARBITRATE CERTAIN DISPUTES AND CLAIMS WITH ROOAM SPORTS AND LIMITS THE MANNER IN WHICH YOU CAN SEEK RELIEF FROM US.

Except for small claims disputes, you and Rooam Sports agree that every dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by National Arbitration and Mediation ("NAM") under its Comprehensive Dispute Resolution Rules and Procedures and/or Supplemental Rules for Mass Arbitrations, as applicable.

You have the right to opt out of binding arbitration by sending written notice to support@rooamsports.network with the subject line "ARBITRATION OPT-OUT" within thirty (30) days of first becoming subject to this Arbitration Agreement.

16. Class Action Waiver

TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE YOU MAY ONLY RESOLVE YOUR DISPUTES WITH ROOAM SPORTS ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND MAY NOT BRING A CLAIM AS A PLAINTIFF OR A CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

17. Modifications to the Terms

ROOAM SPORTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO UPDATE OR MODIFY THE TERMS ON A GOING-FORWARD BASIS AT ANY TIME. Changes will be effective: (a) 30 days after Rooam Sports provides notice of the changes, whether such notice is provided through the Service or sent to the email address associated with your account; or (b) when you opt-in or otherwise agree to the changes. Disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the version of the Terms that was in effect at the time the dispute arose.

18. General

These Terms and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between you and Rooam Sports regarding your use of and access to the Service.

18.1 Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles.

Auto-Renewal Disclosure

All Rooam Sports subscriptions (Basic, Plus, and Elite) are automatically renewing subscriptions. When you subscribe, you authorize Rooam Sports to charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle (quarterly or annually) at the then-current rate until you cancel.

Before completing your purchase, you will be asked to acknowledge and consent to these automatic renewal terms. By checking the consent box and completing checkout, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Subscription Pricing

Subscription prices are clearly displayed on our Membership page before purchase. You will always see the exact amount you will be charged before completing checkout. If we change subscription pricing, existing subscribers will be notified in advance of the new rate before their next renewal.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time using any of the following methods:

• Online (Recommended): Log in to your account at rooamsports.network, go to your Account page, and click "Cancel Plan." Your cancellation will be processed immediately.
• Email: Send an email to support@rooamsports.network with the subject line "Cancel Subscription." Include your account email address. We will process your cancellation within 3 business days.

What Happens When You Cancel

• Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• You will retain full access to all subscription features until your current billing period expires.
• You will not be charged for any future billing periods after cancellation.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Refund Policy

Rooam Sports Network is designed for use by parents/guardians, coaches, and authorized adults on behalf of youth athletes. Children under 13 do not create accounts or directly interact with the platform.

1. Verifiable Parental Consent

Parental consent is mandatory before any minor's data is collected. Rooam Sports Network requires:

• Only a parent or legal guardian may submit a child's information;
• An explicit consent checkbox confirming parental/guardian authorization before any data submission;
• Acknowledgment that the parent/guardian authorizes collection of the child's information solely for age verification and event registration;
• Digital signature on event waivers, which serves as additional verifiable parental consent;
• Agreement to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which include detailed COPPA disclosures.

2. Data Collected

We collect only the minimum youth information necessary for sports event participation:

• Player name
• Date of birth (for age verification only)
• Grade level (for eligibility calculation only)
• School name
• Verification documents (birth certificate, grade report)
• Event participation records

All information is submitted exclusively by a parent/legal guardian or authorized coach -- never by the child directly.

3. Strict Purpose Limitation

Data collected for verification is used solely to determine age and eligibility -- nothing else.

• No secondary use -- Verification data is never used for any purpose beyond age/eligibility determination;
• No advertising -- Youth data is never used for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes;
• No profiling -- Youth data is never used to build behavioral profiles;
• No sale -- Youth data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes;
• No third-party tracking -- No third-party analytics or advertising trackers are used on pages that collect youth data.

4. Immediate Document Deletion

Verification documents are deleted immediately after verification is complete.

In compliance with the FTC's guidance that verification data must be deleted immediately after use:

• Uploaded documents (birth certificates, grade reports) are permanently deleted from our servers immediately after the verification process is complete;
• Once deleted, document files are not accessible or retrievable;
• Only the verification outcome (verified/rejected) is retained -- not the document itself;
• Signed waivers are retained for legal compliance as directed by partner organizations.

5. Parent/Guardian Rights

Parents or legal guardians have the right to:

• Review -- Access and review all information collected about their child;
• Correct -- Request corrections to any inaccurate information;
• Delete -- Request complete deletion of their child's data;

• Role-based access controls (only authorized admins can view verification documents);
• Audit logging of all data access;
• Immediate document deletion after verification.

7. Data Retention

In accordance with the FTC's COPPA guidance:

• Verification documents: Deleted immediately after verification -- not retained;
• Registration records: Retained only for the duration of active event participation;
• Waivers: Retained as required by law and partner organization requirements;
• Account data: Deleted upon parent/guardian request.
